Composition:
Polyvinyl alcohol usp 1.4 % w/v + povidone 0.6 %w/v+
Chlorbutol ip 0.5% w/v (as preservative) sterile aqueous vehicle q.s
Indications: Dry Eye, Eye Irritation, Itchy Eyes, Eye Infections
Dosage: 1-2 drops as required
