Composition:
Moxifloxacin HCl 0.5% + Dexamethasone phosphate 0.1%
Indications: Bacterial conjunctivitis, Blepharitis ,Allergic Conjunctivitis, Bacterial Keratitis
Dosage: 1-2 drops in affected eyes or as directed by physician
